SMS Consent

1. What you are consenting to
The first SimpleFrame SMS program is a separate, optional program. Consent covers only demo transactional texts that an authenticated prospect explicitly requests for their own number. It does not include marketing, independent-shop traffic, or invoice or payment links.
2. How consent is obtained
Consent is collected when an authenticated prospect explicitly requests a demo transactional text and provides the destination mobile number. We do not treat account creation, browsing the marketing site, or a general inquiry as SMS consent.
3. What we keep
We keep a record that the prospect authenticated, requested the text, and supplied the number. That record is used to send the requested message, honor opt-out, and show that consent was obtained. Details are in the SMS Privacy Policy.
4. How to withdraw consent
- Reply STOP to a program message to cancel further texts on this program.
- Reply HELP for help, or email support@simpleframe.app.
- Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency is limited to texts you request.
5. Sharing
Mobile information and text opt-in data/consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
