    1. Scope

    This SMS Privacy Policy is the SMS-specific carve-out referenced in the SimpleFrame Privacy Policy. It covers mobile numbers and text opt-in data for the first SimpleFrame SMS program.

    SimpleFrame is operated by BuildKind Tech LLC. Unless this page says otherwise, the Privacy Policy still applies.

    2. The SMS program

    The first SimpleFrame SMS program is limited to demo transactional texts that an authenticated prospect explicitly requests for their own number. It does not include marketing, independent-shop traffic, or invoice or payment links.

    3. Information we collect

    • The mobile number the prospect provides for the requested demo text
    • The record that the prospect authenticated and explicitly requested the text
    • Delivery metadata needed to send the requested message and honor opt-out

    4. How we use it

    We use this information only to send the requested demo transactional text, confirm consent, honor STOP/HELP replies, and meet legal or carrier requirements.

    5. Sharing

    Mobile information and text opt-in data/consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

    Delivery may use service providers who process data only as needed to send the requested text, consistent with the third-party section of the Privacy Policy.

    6. Consent, STOP, HELP, and frequency

    • Consent: described on the SMS Consent page.
    • STOP: reply STOP to the message to cancel further texts on this program.
    • HELP: reply HELP for help, or email support@simpleframe.app.
    • Frequency: messages are sent only when you explicitly request a demo transactional text. This program does not send recurring marketing messages.
    • Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

    7. Retention

    We keep mobile numbers and consent records as long as needed to provide the requested text, honor opt-out, and meet legal obligations. Account-related retention follows the Privacy Policy (account data is retained while the account is active and for 90 days after deletion, unless a longer legal period applies).
