    SMS Terms and Conditions

    1. Agreement

    These SMS Terms and Conditions govern the first SimpleFrame SMS program operated by BuildKind Tech LLC. They supplement the Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not request or use the SMS program.

    2. Program description

    The first SimpleFrame SMS program is a separate, optional program for authenticated prospects who explicitly request a demo transactional text to their own number. It does not include marketing, independent-shop traffic, or invoice or payment links.

    3. Eligibility

    You must be at least 18 years old, able to receive SMS at the number you provide, and authenticated on SimpleFrame when you request the text. You may only request a text to a number you own or are authorized to use.

    4. Frequency, STOP, and HELP

    • Messages are sent only when you explicitly request a demo transactional text.
    • Reply STOP to cancel further texts on this program.
    • Reply HELP for help, or email support@simpleframe.app.
    • Message and data rates may apply.
    • Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

    5. Privacy

    Mobile information and consent for this program are described in the SMS Privacy Policy and the SMS Consent page. Mobile information and text opt-in data/consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

    6. Changes

    We may update these SMS Terms to reflect program or legal changes. The updated date appears at the top of this page. Continued use of the SMS program after an update means you accept the revised terms.
