By opting in, you agree to receive transactional text messages sent by SimpleFrame, operated by BuildKind Tech LLC, on behalf of the frame shop you are working with from SimpleFrame's shared toll-free number, +1 888-613-4093. These SMS Terms supplement the Terms of Service. The program terms are also published at pos.simpleframe.app/sms/terms.

2. Program description

Messages may include order-ready and pickup notices, payment links, receipts and quotes, and replies to customer questions. Every message begins with “SimpleFrame for <Shop Name>:”. No marketing messages are sent through this program.

3. Frequency, rates, and consent

Message frequency varies based on your orders and requests.
Message and data rates may apply.
Consent is not a condition of purchase.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

4. Opt out and help

Reply STOP to stop texts for that shop's program. After opting out, you may receive one final confirmation message.

5. Privacy

Mobile numbers and SMS opt-in data are not shared or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See the SMS Privacy Policy and the SMS Consent page.

6. Changes

We may update these SMS Terms to reflect program or legal changes. The updated date appears at the top of this page.
